Accessibility statement

Scope

This statement applies to the website zanmeke.com in all four languages. It is run by Računalniško programiranje, Žan Meke s.p..

Is this statement required

Directive (EU) 2019/882 (Art. 4(5)) does not bind microenterprises providing services to the accessibility requirements; Slovenia transposes it with the ZDPSI act. Žan Meke s.p. is a microenterprise, so I publish this statement voluntarily.

Status

The site has not yet been fully audited against WCAG 2.1 level AA, so I do not claim it conforms. The assessment below is my own, without an external audit.

What works

• The language is marked on every page (Slovenian, Croatian, English, German).
• Every page starts with a »Skip to content« link.
• Keyboard focus is visible.
• Most animations calm down when »reduce motion« is enabled on your device.
• Form fields have labels.
• Right-click on images is not blocked; only the portfolio photo frames are protected.

Not done yet

• I have not yet done a full test with a screen reader and keyboard only.
• PDF documents (quotes, invoices) are not produced as accessible PDF (PDF/UA).
