Work
Two sites working today.
Both are mine: I built them for myself and run them every day. Each one says what was wrong, what I did and what changed — and you can open both, because they're live.

Gostilnica Plus

What was wrong
Every day someone copied the lunch menu onto Facebook, yet guests still rang to ask what was on today. Orders were taken by phone, in the middle of the rush, with mistakes in the price. Staff hours were kept on a sheet of paper.
What I did
- A menu and weekly specials the staff edit themselves, without calling me
- Daily lunches on the site and a printed sheet for the tables
- Online pickup orders with prices the staff enter once
- Rotas, shifts and time records with an export for the accountant
- Photos of the dishes and the premises
What changed
- Lunches for the whole week are on the site and in a PDF for the tables
- Orders arrive written down, with the right price, without a phone call
- Time records export with one click — a CSV for the accountant and a sheet for the file

Second Home

What was wrong
Three apartments were let through portals that take commission, and the calendar was kept by hand — double bookings were only a matter of time.
What I did
- A site in four languages with a separate calendar for each apartment
- Bookings with a proforma invoice and payment by bank transfer (card payment once switched on)
- Seasonal prices and minimum stays by period
- An admin where everything is managed in one place
What changed
- Guests can book directly, with no commission to a portal
- Booked dates are synced with Booking.com and Airbnb
- The proforma invoice and confirmation reach the guest by email automatically
